With a background in executive assistance and customer service, Gem brings structure, focus, and a whole lot of heart to the team. He's known for being organised, reliable, and ready to jump in and help no matter what's going on — whether it's crafting replies, tidying up a spreadsheet, or making sure we don't forget the little things.
When he's not working, Gem's all about movement and mindset. He's a flag football athlete, a gym regular, and someone who lives for self-growth and staying active (preferably with a snack nearby). He also loves being creative behind the scenes — content planning and helping the team shine online.
