Skipper's Report
Perfect weather and wildlife galore. We were lucky to view bottlenose dolphins at Tapeka point on our way out, they were feeling particularly acrobatic and sending it out of boat wakes. We had a great swim at cooks Cove then made our way to Electric bay, viewing little blue penguins on the way. A stingray and an octopus were briefly hooked during fishing and sighted before both getting off close to the surface - an easy quick catch and release. Visibility is improving and army bay had stunning snorkelling with the clarity only improving as we moved to Stingray Bay for our island stop on Waewaetoria. An intimate small cruise, with a successful wedding proposal on the back deck during the evening!
