"I wanted to organise an overnight cruise in the Bay of Islands with a group of 25 friends and this was the absolutely PERFECT company to do it with! Jonny is super cool to work with, and the whole team is energetic and fun. The day was packed with great activities and food and all of us were wishing we stayed one more night! Thanks to the whole crew for an amazing time! We're definitely coming back next year :D"

"It was amazing ending 2022 on the Rock! Authentic experience with friendly hostel / family vibe. Weather wasn't the best but the adventures surely were. Great food great team loads of fun activities. I especially love the fact that they are taking real actions that show how much they care about the environment: recycling, food scraps, picking up rubbish from the beach etc. Not your usual tourist cruise. 100% recommend!"

"Absolutely recommend!! Jonny, Erin, Otulea and Leilani really took care of us during our work Christmas do. Nothing was too much to ask. Food - Amazing, Atmosphere - Epic, Laughs - Loads, Activities - Perfect. Even being locals we still learnt things we never knew and got to really appreciate what a beautiful part of the world we live in. Already trying to figure out a date for our next trip!!!!"

"We celebrated my partners 60th Birthday with 10 family on an overnight stay on The Rock Adventure. What a fabulous time we had. Jonny and the crew make everything so easy but loads of fun too. We did night kayaking, fishing, swimming (yes in May) high diving, paddle boarding and an island visit and lookout walk. Highly recommend this trip if you are into these types of activities and want a fun and adventurous family or group get away."

"Thanks to Jonny and the team for such a great day! We choose a private day hire to celebrate a 40th Birthday and everyone really enjoyed it. We were lucky enough to have a stunning Autumn day, but lots to do on the boat even if the weather wasn't the best. Highlights were seeing dolphins and the walk to the lookout with epic views of the B.O.I. Johnny was really accommodating to some special requests. Thanks again, looking forward to bringing the kids back next time!"

"WOW what an amazing experience we had! We had a family trip on The Rock which included all of the grandkids and grandparents, and everyone in between. Our kids ranged from 3.5 years to as young as 4 months, and our eldest was 71, yet we all equally had THE BEST time! Everything from night kayaking, to jumping off the boat into the crystal clear water and swimming with bioluminescence. Toasting marshmallows and watching the sunset with a margarita, it was all just absolutely MAGIC! The food, the service, the views (oh my god the views)…we cannot wait to go back again soon! Thank you Johnny, Erin and Jager - what a team!!"

"This was our second trip on The Rock Adventure Cruise overnight trip and it was just as amazing as we had remembered. This time we were able to take several of our friends as well as my mother-in-law visiting from the States. Everyone loved each aspect of the trip; from fishing, kayaking, hiking, snorkeling and swimming with the phosphorescence. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable.
